Suzie Uribe
YOUR NUTRITION & TRAINING COACH
Meet Suzie, a skilled Nutritionist and Exercise Scientist with a rich background in health and fitness. She is a certified member of the Australian Natural Therapies Association, the International Society of Sports Nutrition, and Exercise and Sports Science Australia.
Suzie holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences in Food and Nutrition, a Bachelor of Sports and Exercise Science, and an Advanced Diploma of Nutritional Medicine. She is currently pursuing postgraduate studies in the field of Psychology and Exercise Physiology.
As the founder of Forge Nutrition and Fitness coaching, Suzie helps individuals optimize their nutrition and exercise. Her clients range from everyday athletes to fitness enthusiasts seeking to improve body composition, sports performance, or general wellness.
Suzie is a mother of two artistic musicians with a passion for health and fitness. She is an advocate for continuous self-development and mental health. Her athletic background includes martial arts (Kung Fu), CrossFit, and fun long-distance runs. Currently, bodybuilding.
When not coaching or training, Suzie enjoys creating healthy recipes, spending time with her family, and walking her dogs. She has a holistic approach to wellness, focusing on both mind and body. Using science-based practices, Suzie helps clients reach their full potential.

We will go through a questionnaire to understand your training, performance and body composition goals as well as your current state of health, your nutrition and lifestyle.
Here we delve deeper into your current diet routines, nutrition, training and health history.
You will have your Body Composition assessments
VLA Quadscan scan, a comprehensive body composition analysis. Optional, ISAK skin fold subcutaneous fat assessment. These allow us to better individualised your nutrition program.
